How can we help?
We will have your order on its way to you as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are:
Singapore | Same Day or Next Day
Hong Kong | 1-2 business days
Rest of World | 2-3 business days
In Singapore, your order will be handled by our courier partners UParcel & PIckupp.
Orders to all other destinations will be handled by DHL (www.dhl.com). We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders delivered to Singapore & Hong Kong. A small charge applies for deliveries to other destinations and will be shown when you check out.
Please note that you will be liable for any local import duties payable.
*Orders made after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and commence from the date of dispatch. They do not take into account any delays caused by the payment authorisation process, customs clearance or incorrect address details. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
All orders from MAISONZHOU are delivered in our luxurious re-usable cotton-twill bags. If you are ordering a gift and would like extra-special gift wrapping please let us know when you check out.

Returns & Exchanges
In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, MZ maintains a 14-days no questions asked exchange policy, other than for the JIA French Knickers which are non-returnable/exchangeable unless defective.
You may return your order for an exchange up to 14 days from the purchase date. Please notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to exchange your items.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged bag and/or packaging at the customer's cost.
Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order, however you will not be charged any shipping fees when the new items are sent out to you.
